Your access to and use of this Website and the Services are provided to you subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

By using the Website or indicating your acceptance of the Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Website.

Staples Printing reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Registration

Order Shipping and Delivery

Please note that all production and delivery dates provided are estimates only. Shipping and delivery are fulfilled by third-party shipping couriers and freight companies. While Staples Printing uses reasonable efforts to prevent delays, we shall not be liable for any consequential or other damages resulting from such delays. However, we may refund or waive rush charges in the event of a delay. Customers have no right to cancel an order due to delays.

Staples Printing assumes no liability for damage to customer products during shipping, as damages are the responsibility of the courier or freight company. If damaged products are received, we will assist in filing an investigation with the respective shipping company to claim damages and compensation.

Customers are responsible for shipping/delivery charges, customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes for both initial and subsequent orders. Shipping costs are based on estimated conditions, packaging size, weight, and current rates, which may change between the date of quotation and order execution. Additional charges may apply for custom clearance, customs exams, and extra fees during transportation. Customers must provide the necessary information during shipping and customs clearance. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or extra fees, for which Staples Printing disclaims liability.

Returns and Refunds

Staples Printing offers a limited warranty with all purchases. If we determine that any products are defective, we will replace or discount the product. Since each order is customized and has no resale value, all sales are final in all other cases. Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the goods and noted on the transport document. If shipping damage is discovered after receipt, it must be reported within 3 days. Customers must report any dimensional or artwork issues within 14 days. If damage caused by packaging is discovered, it must be reported within 14 days; otherwise, the customer is considered satisfied with the product.

If a replacement is appropriate, customers must return 100% of the received product within 15 days at their own expense. Staples Printing is not responsible for shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.

Defective Products and Liability

Staples Printing deems a product defective if it has structural or printing errors due to improper manufacturing, cutting, or finishing, excluding issues like:

• Minor cracking in creased areas of non-laminated cardstock.

• Cracking, bends, or scratches resulting from mishandling or shipping.

• Variance in specifications (including style, dimensions, material, print layout, and finishing) within 2.5%.

• Variance in color and density, including differences between proof and final product.

Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics

All artwork or designs must be submitted in CMYK format and in accordance with our specifications (see our General Artwork Preparation Guidelines). Staples Printing is not responsible for color shifts that occur during RGB to CMYK conversions or any errors in artwork (e.g., fuzzy or distorted images). Customers should ensure their files meet our specifications to avoid printing errors.

Color Proofing and Matching

Staples Printing is not responsible for color matching or ink density issues on screen proofs. While we will attempt to match colors as accurately as possible, we are not liable for color discrepancies between screen proofs and final products due to different printing methods.

Customer Content

By submitting any content, including data, text, artwork, photographs, or graphics (“Customer Content”), to Staples Printing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display this content for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You also grant Staples Printing the right to use your products in marketing and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise by emailing us.

You warrant that you own the copyright to or have permission to use the content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold Staples Printing harmless from any claims or legal actions arising from the infringement of third-party rights.

Over or Underrun

Staples Printing reserves the right to ship within 8% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is crucial, we recommend adjusting the total quantity ordered to account for potential underruns.

Order Approval and Proofing

Customers are responsible for final proof and layout verification before submitting files for production. Orders are printed as submitted, and any issues with layout or content are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using production-grade prototypes and PMS colors for projects with stringent requirements.

Payments

All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise. Staples Printing accepts PayPal, Wire Transfers, Credit Cards, and Checks. The production process will not begin until all payments are cleared.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 15-30 days from the invoice date. A 2% late fee will apply after 16-30 days past due, and a 5% fee will apply after 31-60 days. Payments over 90 days past due will be sent to collections.

Contact Information and Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for updating their account information. Staples Printing is not liable for errors resulting from outdated contact or shipping information.

Use of the Website

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Staples Printing. Unauthorized use of this Website may result in suspension or termination of your access.
